Since A few months ago my periods seemed to lighten up a little bit, not be so heavy and maybe a day or so shorter. I have been having unprotected sex with my boyfriend from then till now also, but my periods do seem to be around the same time. I recently noticed I have gained some weight in the midsection ( drinking...or?) and have had 3 canker sores in the past 2 weeks when I have not had one in years. I looked it up and it said it was from a vitamin deficiency during pregnancy. I am always somewhat moody and tired so I cant tell if anythings changed there. Could I be a few months along and not know it?
Also, I am in my mid twenties in a commited relationship and a good job so If this is a pregnancy it would be welcomed with open arms, I just need advice until i get tested!

Well you very well could be pregnant!
The only advice from me is to stop drinking! If you are trying for a baby, you should not drink. It's not good for you.

Don't wait until you have actually missed a period.
My sister is now 6 1/2 months pregnant and she didn't test until she missed which was a month 6 weeks ago...
Missed periods are not a TELL TALE sign. Some women have light period (spotting usually) throughout their pregnancy.
Just take a home test if your not sure, if you have doubts about the results just check with your doctor.

If you are trying for a baby then please try and stop drinking etc. you should ber taking folate aswell(it is in cereals and vitamin pills) very important in early pregnancy but you should take it before pregnancy aswell. Anyway, slight bleeding can still happen even if you are pregnant but please take the time to see a Dr and at least do a home test if nothing else you could be a bit run down which is better to get on top of before getting pregnant if you are not yet. good Luck

When I was pregnant with my daughter I got my period for my first three months of the pregnancy! I was shocked! I was partying hard around that time so I was bugging. But yeah you definatly can be pregnant.....it would already show up on an EPT urine test. Go get a test now what are you waiting for???

Yes it is very possible. But if you are having unprotected sex because you would welcome a pregnancy you should not be drinking and you should be taking prenatal vitamins. The first trimester is the most important and thats when most everythign developes. When not enough folic acid is taken there is a possibility of spina bifida. and other defects. Stay healthy and go get prenatal care if youa re pregnant. Take a preg. test to be sure.

The only advice I could think of is to just get a home pregnancy kit. That way you will know for sure and can start planning if you are pregnant. If you could be a couple months, it is better to find out now than later. For your sake and the baby's sake. Hope all works out and you find out what you want to find out.

get a test. there have been women who have a few light periods while they are pregnant. do the test in the morning with your first urination. this has the most hormones. There should be other physical signs, like breast tenderness, but the ones you have are appropriate. good luck.

Hello , just take care of you self and don't smoke, don't drink. read lot so the baby by smart. read lot about parenthood. and when the baby come give a lot of love take life for Sirius. look for help from people that care. for get about the party time now you got you own party 7-24, good luck, may God bless you aways with the one you love. to me your are pregnant.

Yes, these might be sign of pregnancy but have you miss your period? and I would buy one of those pregnency tests from the store cuz those are 99% accurate and then go to your Doctor!!
I hope your ready for this responsiblity cuz its for life!!!
and those canker sores might be herpes so I would check that out!!!

There's really nothing to say except see what the test says and if you're not pregnant then scheduling an appointment with my gynecologist would be my next step if I were in your shoes. Good luck !!
