Well just him talking to you doesnt really mean he has feeling for you, but heres a definative way of judging whther he likes you,
Here are some things to look for to know when a guy likes you:
1. Keep an eye on how many times you catch her/him staring at you.
2. Take notice of whether s/he smiles at you a lot.
3. Look for whether s/he focuses on you in a crowd.
4. Observe if s/he has suddenly taken more interest in your friends.
5. Pay attention to any significan't changes in her/his behavior toward you recently.
6. Start showing her/him a bit more interest and see how they respond.
7. Have a friend talk to her/him or one of her/his friends about you.
8. Ask, '[name], are you interested in me?' Tips: Hopefully you will not have to use steps 7 or 8, but if you're having difficulty reading her/him, these steps are your last resort! Remember, this is not an exact science, and it may take a few mistakes to perfect your technique.

hmm he may need some more time OR he's not sure OR not interested .. ask him if he really likes somebody or not.
he may felt insecured or does feel unsecured .. dun worry it may take sum time .. if his b'day hasn't passed, surprise him by reading off the poem with ur feelings 4 him .. notice his behavior.
if u mention da word guy, if he loves u, he'll get jealous and behave in an angry way towards you, trust me I've experienced that a lot but not too many fights.
Give him some time to tell u his feelings n relax if he's talking to you then tell him that u love him when u're ready.

Be cool, stay cool, lay low for a while and see how that works. He just might be a little more interested if he thinks you have suddenly lost interest. He may have felt threatened or a little insecure.

u know what?? the truth is...he's acting that way becoz he doesnt want to ...
1st, to hurt ur feelings
2nd, to ruin ur friendship , and
3rd reason is that he's juz not that into you! yup its hard to accept truths but you know what? the best thing to achieve his attraction is to do the reverse..make him feel that he's not that important to you and most of all the greatest revenge----be more pretty and successful in everything you do coz if u did and he heard and notice about it...he'll be the one to chase you..mark my word!
