If she does nothave STD's you could still have an infection caused by bacteria. The best thing to do (No matter what) is to go to the doctor to find out what is going on.

Your health is more important than any embarrasment

Most likely STD, like Chlamydia, or if you are lucky yeast infection but more likely STD. Dummy, wear a condom.

And don't ask here, go see a professional (I mean a doctor, not a hooker, by the way).

Some STDS have no signs or symptoms...or it could be just a little yeast infection that she hasn't got symptoms from...yet. Check with your Doctor...both of you!

Might be a urinary tract infection or perhaps a yeast infection if you notice yeast type growth on your penis. Go to your doctor and tell him/her what the problem is so you can get treated.

This could be the sign of many things. i don't think anyone could correctly diagnose you online, even if they were a doctor. I suggest seeing a doctor, and it wouldn't hurt at all if your girlfriend seen one as well.

could be a slight yeast infection, or just a high acidic level.
i would recommend a good pee and a good shower, if continues,
see a doctor and wrap it up next time.

Might be caused from the birth control method you are using....Is she on birth control, or are you using foams or film?. If you are using foams or film you might be sensitive to the chemicals involved.
