There really is no pain, just uncomfortable. The good news is it doesn't take that long.
Don't worry there are worse things in life. Not a big deal.

I had one last month and I was scared when I went. But there was nothing to it, it was painless. but.. the Doctor said he used Pediatrics scope it hurts less. He said the flex kind hurts more. I had no problems during or after the procedure. Hope all goes well for you!

I had one when I was 9. All I remember is that it burned like crazy when I peed for several days. Other than that, there was no pain following the procedure.

It burns when you pee the first three or four times but nothing you can't handle. Good luck.
