It is always better to try to sort things out, go to the person and try to get every thing in the open.We are humans, not perfect, we all make mistakes. Good friends are hard to find, try to make peace.

we each as a person, a human being have the God given right to get, recieve, and also to return respect and compassion from and to others.... when we are hurt , heartbroken or torn apart by another we have relied upon, trusted or loved, our first reaction is for revenge or confrontation ... yes, letting it all out can be a good thing if done in a respectful way, if possible.... getting straight to the point, informing them of how they made us feel is part of healing...... but we must know when the time is right for such a thing.... doing it in the heat of anger, is sometimes more dangerous for us than them..... so, I suggest letting a small amount of time pass, to cool off and regain composure and to heal a bit, then if needed to confront....... God bless

Yes it's actually quite great. Now you may suffer from dreams or nightmares that have them peole within them, but once you confront those people all the nighthmares will end and you will feel great. But remember after you confriont them you still may feel cheated and alone.

I DON'T THINK THAT CONFRONTING THEM IS A GOOD IDEA BECAUSE ALL THEY DO IS DENY WHAT THEY'VE DONE AND IT BECOMES AN ARGUMENT. YOU TELL THEM THAT THEY'VE HURT YOU AND THEY JUSTIFY WHY THEY FEEL THAT IT WAS RIGHT AND ACCEPTABLE...I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT, AND YOU DON'T EITHER!

YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT PEOPLE ARE WHO THEY ARE, AND YOU CAN'T CHANGE THEM INTO SOMETHING THAT THEY'RE NOT CAPABLE OF BEING.

PRAY FOR THEM AND MOVE ON.

Yes, but it's best not to do it in person. Write your feelings out, and send it... otherwise, they may try to suck you into their lies and illogic.

There is nothing better... especially when you know that you are in the right.
