Just wondering if people learn from these shows or just watch them for entertainment...

I once sprayed painted my black kitchen cabinet handles red. It changed my entire black and white kitchen for $3! I got the idea from Trading Spaces, which is not on your list but same idea.
Also -- I've gotten some great therapy from Starting Over! Great show. Even though it is hard to put into practice, I got some great things to think about.
Oh -- I think many many people have learned that pleated pants are awful from Queer Eye.

I ve only watched Tyra once so no to that.
DR Phil has alot of good advice I like his straight talking , and I have learnt alot about things from his show .
Queer eye ...all I've learnt is I'm a crap decorator and have No idea about the finer things in life ...lol ..but it's fun to watch

I thought Dr. Phil was a quack x125, however I never watched the show. The other day I was walking by and the guy made sense of something I was working on for a very long time. Kudos to him. I wish I had more time to watch him. I don't.

I usually watch because I can't believe how stupid some people are and how they live their lives.
It makes me very grateful for the life I have and the people in my life.
I don't watch Tyra or Queer Eye.

Well on Tyra there was a thing on how to protect yourself. I troed most of the stuff except for the "locked in the truck of a car" one. i was not about to risk me getting trapped in a car lol. and there was one where a girl was afraid of ovens so Tyra made her bake cookies. Im not afraid of ovens but i did go to the store and buy some cookies.

The Tyra show is great, plus she gives great tips that actually works! I just love it when she brings in supermodels from Victoria's secret, they give the best advice.

Dr Phil said once that if your toddler is crying and having a tantrum to copy them and they will stop. It works with mine!
