And, yes, the power switch on the wall is on. I had not used the tub for a couple of months, but before that it was fine. Also, is the motor etc, behind the marble panel on front? How do you get in there to work on it or at least try to see what is wrong?

No access panel just large marble piece in front ('skirting') same height and legth of tub. Guess that has to come off to find reset button and motor?

You may have to push the reset button on the motor.
If so be sure to find out "Why" it tripped.
Does everything spin freely?

Everyone seems to be forgetting the tub switch. That switch you use on the tub is what's called an air switch. When you press it, it pressureizes a tube connected to the pump motor switch. That way there's no electrical between you and the pump. Manufacturers like customers alive. The switch could be faulty ( it's just a small air pump after all), or the tube has come off the tub switch or off the motor switch itself. I don't as a rule deal with bath room tubs, but they are the same principle as out door tubs and barring a power issue in a situation like this, that's the first thing I check as they do break.

Power supply problem most likely.
1. Check if there are lights to indicate power is in fact reaching the source.
2. Look for a reset button on the motor.
3. If you have a light tester or a friend / neighbor does confirm power reaches motor.

If you have power to the motor and the motor will not turn on then it may be burned out. Reset may work (likely).

Don't stand in water wet while you are checking if thge current is reaching the motor or you may have a hair raising experience.
That would be shocking.
I bet you'd get a charge out of it.

There should be an access panel or removable skirt. This is required by code. Once you can get to the motor, you can check for power.Good Luck!

check the circut panel, ia whirlpool should have its own breaker or fuse. a tripped breaker often looks "on". turn off then turn back on. next check the motor for a small red reset button. if that doesn't get it, call a professional.

Check the fuse/circuit breaker first. You may have to pry off moulding to remove panels.
