If you on birth control then you should not get pregnant in the fist place although some do but its not likely. I got pregnant on birth control and when my periods were due to come they did not I just stopped the pills and took a test and bingo I was pregnant if you think you could be pregnant and on birth control you should stop taking them if your periods did not come when they should have came.

Same as when you're off. Your period doesn't show up. Go get a pregnancy test! Sometimes birth control pills, when you first start, can make you miss periods or have late ones, but if you've been taking it regularly for awhile, you should be on a normal schedule.

geezzzzzzzz that is a tough one. the purpose of birth control is to stop one from becoming pregnant. first clue might be a missed period, cause when on the pill you know when your period is suppose to arrive. not sure why people come on here asking complete strangers medical questions. why don't you just take a pregnancy test or see a doctor. or wait, or you a teeny bopper who is scared?

Listen to me...if you really think you are pregnant, take a pregnancy test. If it is positive, call your Doctor right away. They usually will tell you to come in for a serum pregnancy test, or they may just tell you to stop taking the pill. Either way, call your Doctor!

its virtually impossible to get pregnant on birth control, only a blood test will tell you your HCG count (pregnancy hormone) a home prego test will give you false readings
