when i put a logo on my car do i have to insure it different than a personal vehicle? may seem stupid but i don't know.......

Ask your insurance agent. Each insurance company has their own definition of 'commercial use of vehicle'

If you don't like the answer you get from your agent, get quotes from others and ask the question then.

Only if the car is for conducting business of which you are an emloyee or owner. Just for advertising purposes for payment, you do not.
