CAT has a larger share of heavy equipment and large truck engines.... both of which are excellent quality. Thay also market a great work boot. Having used their equipment and owned a pair of CAT work boots, I vote for them. What kind of machine and what sort of application are you looking for? That might help narrow down our answers.

i live in the town cat was created.........and used to live in the town jd was created. i cannot choose.
