why will it be wrong? i think there are many of us who do the same thing. i have seen when i am pissed off, music like these help me to ease - at least for the moment. i feel better as these songs play with my stress and with the energy with such music i release my frustration slowly.

No way. When I'm in a bad mood I listen to "angry chic music" or anything with a bit of yelling cos I think that someone out there has it worse of than I do that they had to sing about it to make me feel better. It makes sense to me....

I think you need to find a special person you can talk to and if you're angry, find some activities you like to do to release anger in a positive way. Don't let it build up inside.

no, if you feel better, and you like the artist playing, whats the harm?
now if you don't normally listen to this type of music, you may
need to talk to someone. hope you are OK and rock on
