I think the answer to the first question is c, a molecule doesn't make sense because it is just many atoms grouped together. Mass really doesn't make sense....I would go with C, chemical.As for neon, all I know is that the second orbital can only hold 8 electrons. Hope that helps.

Your first analogy makes no sense, the other way around it would be (B)

The second one is (C). Neon has ten electrons. Two in the first energy level, and eight in the second.
