Tupac should remain as one the greatest hip hop artist of all time. Tupac was one of those rare rappers that balanced both a sensitive soul and hard core gangster persona. In the hip hop world, he was a brilliant lyricist and he knew how to portray what was happening in the real world with perfect clarity and honesty. It is so sad he had to die. But even in death, his influence will always remain, and he will continue to influence future rap artist for many years to come.

overrated??? no
2pac was real and nobody would question that
you can see that this is the one man that everybody Litteraly everyboby pays a lot of respect too

A lot off people think biggie was better yes, biggie, pac, and jay Z were before their time and set the trend that a lot of rappers now immitate
but pac was special he was smart, and political in fact if you really listen pac was alot more about sending a word out more than all this rapping about money and girls and hustling( in which bigge and jay-z got carried away with) (wich also set the trend for rappers today)

those who're in basic terms saying 'overvalued' without a proof are dumbass, Y'all might want to ease up on him. certain, he's overvalued, yet thats what occurs if a rapper, like him develop into really effectual alive and died unexpectedly. persons are consistently gonna be crooning over him, also he's the whole effortless rapper contained in the international, so certainly everybody is gonna recognize who he develop into. the in basic terms reason he's overvalued because he's the most effortless rapper and on the grounds that he died. except for that, he develop into an easy large skills, large lyricist and he wrote good, inspirational songs, I dont recognize what makes him overvalued from that, all i recognize is thats what made him who he's.

Because a lot of people could relate to what he raped about either through experience or seeing it happen to some one they were acquainted with.He wanted every one to pay attention to their surroundings and their lives ,enough to make changes where changes needed to be made before it was too late.

Definitely. I found him to be quiet prophetic in his lyrics and managed to discuss important elements of society in a lot of his songs. Very talented indeed. I miss him.

I liked 2pac a lot, loved his beats....but honestly I think he was kind of overrated. There are a lot of talented emcees underground.

But since you asked, my favorite is either Only God Can Judge Me or Me and My Girlfriend

3 thumbs down? LOL listen to some real hip hop kids then let me know........
