Swap the positions of a tube of Ben-Gay and a tube of Fixodent?
Did this to someone YEARS ago...trust me they deserved it!

Why? He beat the heck out of me one too many times....I used to do all sorts of sneaky crap to get back at him until I grew a spine and left!

You could pour out his eye drop liquid and pour in some tobasco sauce. You may want to dilute it to make it look less red.
If he has sex lubricant, poor it out into a bowl, mix in ben gay until it's blended. Put the lubricant back in the bottle and see what happens.
You can mess with your co-worker too.
Every day. Move 1 thing. Coffee mug to the right side. Pencils to the left. Papers to the side.
If they still don't notice it, try this one. Leave a dirty coffee mug on their desk. One they know they didn't use. It'll mess them up the next morning. They'll assume someone used their desk.
