Sonoma makes a pretty good one for around $25. Tempur makes an absolutely awesome one for $100. I have had my Tempur pillow for 4 years and still use it.

Google "viscoelastic foam" and "memory foam" and do a price comparison. Also check ebay. I personally advise NOT paying top dollar for one of the big name brands, as you can get the same material for far less. And, this will probably sound heretical, but check the thrift shop in your area for what you're looking for. I say this because memory foam is really, really warm once you've been in contact with it a while...that's how it molds so well to a person's contours...but most people hate a hot pillow. I've seen many memory foam pillows that probably came with mattresses as bonus items in the thrift shop here, probably for that reason.

I just bought 2 very reasonably priced memory foam pillows from ebay. When I looked around it was very difficult to find technical specifications on pillows so I ended up taking a chance on ebay. I'm very pleased with what I got.
