Remove the skin, don't fry...it is excellent for your diet.
Try making a chicken salad with grapes and slivered almonds and egg whites and relish . Lay it on slivers of avocados and sprinkle the top with chopped green onions. It kicks butt I tell you.

chicken is fine as long as its grilled or baked. chicken has alot of protein and its good for you. have a grilled chicken salad.
