if it were just you that used it....NO.
If it were used by another person that had an STD and then you used it Yes it is possible.
If it were used by another person and that person had an STD and you let the vibrator fully dry. NO. All bacteria will be killed by dry air.
In fact drying is as affective as soap and water. And there is another myth. Anti bacterial soap is no better at killing bacteria than reg soap.
hope that helps

It is not true that bacteria is killed by air. Yes, some of the bacteria may die, but many can live for hours in the air (this is why tuberculosis is spread so easily- the bacteria are airborne and don't die quickly). Anti-bacterial soap is no better than regular soap, because the soap isn't what cleans your hands at all. When you wash your hands, you rub them together, which is actually what removes most bacteria. Anyway, the entire point is that yes, if someone infected with an STD has used a vibrator, there is a chance you can get the disease if you don't clean it well first.

if the vibrator is dirty with someone's germs that has an STD ...umm YES!!!! don't do that period, even if the person does not have an STD. If they don't, you can still get other diseases so just be SMART and careful!!!

Anything that can carry the disease from one vagina to another can contaminate it. It can be a penis, or a vibrator.
Since vibrators are usually RIDICULOUSLY big (I mean seriously, what man packs a natural thirteen-by-nine?), there is more surface area to carry diseases!
