Try a Q-tip. You could turn your blow dryer on and blow it in your ear. You could tip your head in the direction of the offending ear and wait for it to drain. Or you could just wait until it dries out. But I would suggest that you stop putting water in your ear if it bothers you.

eww gross, if you actually ment get water out, then you can try an old trick make a funnel out of a piece of paper and place the small opening in your ear now light the other side but tilt your head so the smoke does NOT!!! go into you ear

the combustion process of burning something will use all the air around it to fuel it so this is like a small vacume sucking everything out of your ear

if you find this dangerous or weird then just go to Walmart and buy some ear drops, they use oil to evaporate water chemically ( much safer tho )

It works best if you remove the ear from your body then put it in the blender on super puree. Then run it though a coffee filter to remove the solids, then distill what is left and wallaa. Water I expect best answer since everyone else misinterpreted your question and thought you made atypo. I gave you credit for being an intelligent sado-masachist witch who wanted an ingrediant for your latest potion which you got from an old manuscript which called for ear water but the page for preparation was missing. ttfn

It's behind your ear drum. You have to wait until it seeps out. Try laying on the ear on a pillow to let gravity help.
