I have not but I have herd of people getting a program that you can change you're voice and sent money to buy it and never got it.

It depends on what kind of product you order. If you order something like an "erase history" program, you will get it. However these programs are a complete rip off and do only the basics. A good example is one called historykill.
Usually when you order from a spam ad, you will receive the product. But the quality will be so poor that it is not worth having.

Are you kidding? I just spent an hour and half removing my name from their list! I only hope it does some good.....I get between 150-300 email(spam) a day.
