he is 13 and he NEVER tells the turth. he is always picking on kate (our sister who is 6). he always finds ways to get out of his punshment.my parents used to spank him and me, hell they spanked me 10000x more than they do him. they would come home from work and ask my older and pain what i had done wrong so they could spank me. my brothers lied about me soo many times just to see me hurt. they dont spank him any more, because they are afraid that cps might get involved now. it was only after i called 911 that they stoped doing it to me. my pain cannot even make a sandwich that is worth eating. yesterday he gave next to no meat and no mayo. today he gave no meat and driping with mayo. i wish i knew what misstake brought him in the world. he is the stupidest, lowest, bratest... kid in the world. what can i do to him to get him to stop acting this way? myparents dont care, they just say "go fix it and do better next time." but he NEVER does.

Wow kid, it sounds like you've got a lot going for you....... well.... other than the home situation. So props to you for doing so well in the community and school. Don't give that up!
Your brother may look up to you and when you're 13 (you should remember how that is) and especially a boy, it's hard to express that. Maybe he sees you as a parental role because your parents suck (no offense, I'm going off your description) and he's acting out to get your attention.
Instead of being mean to him, try taking him places or just taking him out back and tossing a baseball/football around.
All older siblings think they're younger siblings are the worst thing to hit the earth but you'll find that once you grow up, things will change. He may even become one of your best friends.
As for him picking on your little sister, I don't know what to tell you about that other than I promise you, she'll have her day. My brother picked on me HORRIBLY when I was a kid and my mother kept warning him. Finally, one day at day care (I was 3 and he was 7), I picked the top off a sit-n-spin (do you even know what that is? LOL) and beat the crap out of him with it. lol.
She'll have her day, I promise you.
But also, if you can take him out and do things with him and become his role model, try talking to him about it. Do it casually say like "So, hey. Why do you pick on Kate so much?" And go from there, if he seems to start getting irriated about it, just drop it, then bring it up later.
As for your parents.... well.... I don't know what to tell you.
Just keep doing what you're doing and in a few short years you'll be off to college and out of that situation.
Again, congrats on being such a great kid (from what I read). Keep that up and you'll go places.

Well he is thirteen. That's part of it. He probably wants attention. That's a lot of what the picking on the younger sib is about. Try to make sure he doesn't hurt her. You obviously know the number of CPS if he does. M younger sister and I never got along when we were younger. In the last few months we have started to appreciate each other. Of course we are in our fifties now. I suggest you get as far away from the Pain as you can as soon as you can and avoid him for as long as you can. Maybe when you're about fifty you will begin to appreciate each other.

Your storey is the same as mine. Except mine is my sister. She would love to see me lose at everything to her even though I am so nice to her. This is what they call sibling rivalry. Just leave it, it happens in all generations. Move on with your life and just hope as they get older they will change for the better. Anyway, my sister is already so old but still like that. Can't do anything about it but to accept her for what she is.
