I don't have a boss anymore; I'm my own boss now. But ... back when I did have a boss, the women were always b!tchy and moody when they were raggin' -- and even when they were not! And women hold grudges and are competitive if you're younger/prettier/skinnier/whatever. Christ!
I got along MUCH better with the male bosses. If they're mad, it doesn't last long; they get over it quickly. Just smile sweetly, be a little sassy, and you can do whatever you want. So -- I prefer male bosses, if I had to have a boss.
No boss is best!

After years of having both,, a Woman is a better boss. More understanding to problems at home and with family matters, a male boss doesn't really care what your problem is but to get the job done. and to make his numbers come out on top. I have a Woman Boss right now... she would do anything for me, ( with in reason) and the same back to her, (with in reason)..

Jobs never work out for me when I work for women. Every time I have a woman manager they've concerned themselves with too many unimportant details and let the big goals suffer as a result of that. My last job had a male manager who was happy with me because my sales numbers where great and my orginizational skills where apparent. He was replaced by a woman manager who couldn't stop complaining about typos, scheduling time off, or reading her emails.

hmm kinda of hard but i would say a women i have never seen a boss that can simmer down a fight or argument between to male workers like a women. but men do usually command more authority than women. its just easier for a guy to follow a male lead then a women's.

Doesn't really matter. My boss may not be the smartest, but I am happy that he is not an ***. A women can be as well as an *** just like any one else can be. So I have no preference.

I don't care what boss I have as long as it isn't a little snot nose brat sitting across their desk drawing pictures all night or talking on the phone.I do not care for the ones that refuse to get their hands dirty either.

i just would feel more comfortable around a woman than a man. i mean there's so many things i can't say to a man that i could to another woman

I think I would prefer a guy as a boss because if you are a girl you know how to deal with men and with girls you know haters! Its harder for a girl to **** around at the office!

I've had both. I think I prefer a man. Every female boss I've had I've felt like we were competing against each other.
