This is what I would do personally, Next time you receive a phone call tell the person you are speaking with that you want to speak to their supervisor, or manager, Once you say this the person will either comply or hang up the phone, They may ask why aswell, and this is when you explain yourself. Say have been slandered by your company more than once and I need to speak to some one of a higher authority to solve this issue. tell them that you will contact the better business beurue on them, contact human rights on them or even go to the newspaper to tell people about their pushy negative practices if they don't stop. Aswell tell them that you are going on vacation so next time if they call you can act like your child or a house keeper and always say that your away on vacation and that you willl take a message. I hope this helps

Yes this is harrassment. Tell them you are going to file charges against them for harrassment if there are any more calls regarding someone who does not live there. Keep a record of calls from this company along with dates and times...then follow thru with your threat. You may also choose to get caller ID and just not answer when that company name/number comes up

Ask to speak to the supervisor and tell them to that you want to be put on the "DO NOT CALL LIST". Do not hang up the phone next time until you have heard the person on the other end say that there will be no more phone calls. Keep asking to speak to the person's superior until you hear this.

Tell them to never again call your number, by law they have to stop calling. Get all their info, name, number, company and if they continue to harrass report them to the authorities (I'm not sure who).

bill collectors are fun, you own them nothing they are annoying so get revenge.
Give them your brothers number , try one out of the phone book at random and say your brother is calling himself by that name now
or find a direct line to the police or courts
or say wait a moment you will get his number and leave the phone off the hook return ever few minutes to say you will be with them soon.
alternatively ask if they have been saved and read them passengers from the bible
or if the caller is female ask her is she has ever kissed a woman and would she like too
if he is male ask him to talk dirty to you.
or ask to speak to their supervisor and complain they are being racist because your black ( if your black say its because your Asian) remember you you owe these scum bags nothing be mean , be funny get rid of your frustrations

Yes just get the name of the company and their address. They have to tell you this. Then tell them you want them to never contact you again about this debt because are not the debtor and you don't know where the debtor is. Tell them you are recording your request and if they call you again you will take legal action.
Don't be rude and try to sound professional. The law says if you tell them to stop they have to stop.

Get an answering machine and screen your calls, they will get tired of it sooner or later. And tell your dead beat brother in law to pay his bills. If you need a laugh give them the phone # of an attorney in your town, see if he thinks its so funny.

You can write them a letter explaining that they are calling the wrong person. Give them your brother in-law's address and tell them not to call you again.
If you put it in writing, by law they have to stop calling you.

report them to the police for harassment. You can also write down their number from caller ID and put a call block on it.

Have your attorney write them a letter. This is harassment and if you attorney writes the letter, they should leave you alone. They will know you are serious and can file a harassment suite against them.
