I need a math formula for this question.....a man ate 4 hot dogs, each hot dog took him 3.5 minutes to eat, how long did it take him to eat all 4 hot dogs?

this is obviously a math quesiton because no real man would take 3.5 minutes to eat a friggin hotdog!

but all you have to do is multiply 4 (hotdogs) times 3.5 (minutes)

4 x 3.5 = 14

It took him 14 minutes to eat all 4 hot dogs.

This one is easy. 3.5 minutes * 4 hot dogs = 14 minutes. It would be harder if he has to wait a minute between hot dogs.

or you could add 3.5 + 3.5 + 3.5 + 3.5 = 14
