Nausea can deffinately be a sign of PMS. I always get sick the day before my period starts. It's only the thirteenth so you could just be a little late. If you feel like you might be pregnant, you might be. Take another test. But wait a week. Please be sure to protect yourself in the future.

With over 150 symptoms for PMS, it is very likely that your nausea could be a symptom. PMS symptoms tend to change as you get older (as do periods). But, wait another week and try another test.

The more important question, what kind of birth control are you using? You should be using something (most definetly condoms if you have multiple partners). There are so many options out there now, and it is easy to get. There is no excuse NOT to be on something. Be proud of yourself. Take the power to protect yourself.

Since there is a possibility you might be pregnant you should go to a clinic or to your dr.s office for a blood test, usually home tests are accurate but not always. A blood test is the best thing. Nausea could be a sign of PMS, or since you are anxious about being pregnant some women experience pregnancy symptoms if they just worry about being pregnant. To clear the air and know for sure get a blood test done, if you have a local womens clinic or Planned Parenthood it won't be too expensive.
It can be really nerve wracking thinking you are pregnant so also try to think of other things that may have thrown your schedule off, new diet? workout? job stress? life stress?
Anyway, I hope things work out for you whatever you're hoping for!

You are certainly having symptoms of early pregnancy - but you cannot rely only on store-bought tests. If there is a doctor you can see, or a clinic you can go to - that is the best way to find out for sure. Spotting early in pregnancy (within the first few weeks) is not uncommon. Best of luck to you.

Some women do get nausea just before they start their periods. Wait a few more days and test again if your period doesn't start.

It looks like you could be pregnant - congratulation. I had the same symptoms when i fell pregnant with my daughter. The docs took 3 months and 6 tests to tell me the good news.

The most effective method and one that you can be sure of is to be tested at a doctor's office or a family planning center. There are blood tests that can predict when you are only a few days pregnant. Take home pregnancy tests are not as accurate, although are OK if you use it after waiting plenty of time after your missed period.

I would want to be sure and have the MD test.

Blessings to you if you have a positive result!

I used to get so nauseous I would throw up and faint to boot.
But if you're unsure, get another test and do it on the weekend at least then you know for sure.
