No, that's kind of gross. I don't know much about cars but I do know that horsepower comes from what is already inside an engine (and that has nothing to do with live-or dead-horses!)

no no no
first you get the horse to drink gasoline, then you put horse urine (need to get a catherter and bag) in the car,
more power, beter milage, and the chicks will look at you if you use a male horse because the heat of combustion modifies the pheremones in the urine to change to mimic human pheremones
