First of all, you cannot ask anyone in an interview how old they are (age discrimination), if they are married or not (discrimation based on marital status), and medical conditions they have (discrimination based on disability or health condition).

If you know for a fact that you did not get the job because of your age, then you can sue for age discrimination, as well as report them to the government. Under the "Equal Opportunity Employment" Act, no one can be discriminated against based on their age, race, religion, marital status, developmental or physical disability, sex, or sexual orientation. If an employer did not hire anyone based on any of these criteria, then they are breaking the law. I would inform someone of the questions that were asked of you in the interview. That alone will sink them. Most companies will NOT allow any interviewer to ask those questions because if someone doesn't get hired, they can infer discrimination based on being asked the questions. It is best to be ignorant.

If you feel that you were a victim of discrimination, contact a lawyer and find out what to do, and what your case's chances are.

Good luck!!
