it sounds like there is a piece of carcass is stuck along the exaust system. best thing to do is have the car put on a lift and inspect the underside. once the piece is gone, pressure wash it with degreaser (it will remove any animal fat stuck there).
good luck.

Put on a lift and steam clean the underside,, after it dries good , have undercoated with a reputable undercoat, it will seal the underside along with the odors, also the smell of the undercoat will last for several days , and mask the antelope odor !!!!!!!!!

weird as it might sound, put the car on a lift or jack stands and get about a case of oven cleaner, that will clean off anything, but it sounds like you may need to check and see if your car has a cabin air filter, this cleans the air that goes into your interior(not the air filter for your engine),otherwise the only thing you can do is wait it out just get it pressure washed every week or so

Pay to have it detailed. Tell them about it, and that you want the smell gone....then it's their job. Oh, but detailing's not going to be cheap...how bad do you want the smell gone?
