For a TV series, Hogan's Heroes. I still get a good laugh after seeing an episode.
For the cinema, "South Park, Bigger, Longer & Uncut". I hadn't laughed that much in years.
The stupidest comedy was "Team America-World Police". Just abject stupidity.

The funniest comedy I've seen is Victor Borge when he was in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area years ago. It is on video tape and it is great.
Ernest Saves Christmas and Ernest Goes to Camp are up there.
