You should be able to go to the makers website ie; compaq.com or lexmark.com, etc. and find your model. Then download the software for your printer. Most companies allow free downloads for their printers.

GO to compaq .com click SUPPORT and DOWNLOADS . download your model no. driver. that's what you want is the drivers..
