During the summer months, I drink on average 2-3 GALLONS. but due to the fact I have had two heat strokes ( and the Dr. says I most likely won't live from another) it is a small price to pay. Now you think HOLY LLAMAO don't you spend all your time peeing??? Nope When you work in 120+ degree temps you can drink that much just to retain normal kidney functions

I have a 32 ounce mug that I keep filled with ice and water, and I probably refill it about 3 to 4 times a day.

I...don't know. Not enough, that's certain. I knew a lady once, who drank like 13 glasses a day for many many years. She was sixty-five with barely any wrinkles. Given she wasn't addicted to tanning beds, cigarettes, or drugs. But I think her water intake definetly helped. Not that what it does for the outside is nearly as important for what it does for the inside. But yeah...

Not enough. Unfortunately, I have to admit that I do drink too much soda for my own good :-(
