Batman...without a doubt. He's the only one of the three who doesn't have any superpowers so he has to use his smarts (and his gadgets are pretty helpful) to defeat the bad guys.

SpiderMan without a doubt. He's a scientist and all the professors are always telling him he's the smartest in the class. Also, he uses his brain just as much as his powers to beat his enemies.
Batman has lots of gadgets and probably knows computers, but not much else.
Superman is a history buff who has a good memory, but not natural smarts.

Batman is the smartest. He's smart enough to run huge companies. Superman his superpowers and smart enough to get a job at the Daily Planet but nothing was mentioned about his work so I assume he's not that great a journalist. Spidey is not even smart enough to avoid himself from being bitten by a venomous spider. It could kill him for goodness sake.

I'd say Batman is the smartest. Have you seen his bat cave?! All those cool toys! And only a genius would be able to drive the bat mobile!

BATMAN, he'd have to be smart to get a good enough job to afford all those gadgets, build that bat cave and drive the batmobile!

batman improvised all his own devices...he created the batmobile, batarang pretty much anything beginnning with bat...id still be superman everytime...
