Halloween is definitely my favorite holiday!!!

Unlike other holidays where your decorations are supposed to be all sweet and adorable, Halloween lets you be a little crazy. It takes a big imagination to fix your yard up for this holiday.
Ghosts, that we make out of small white garbage bags, dangle out of our trees and off the porch. We also set up some of our rocks so that they look like gravestones. The most awesome decorations are the dummies we make. Last year we had one standing next to it's victim, who was laying on the stoop. It was headless and on Halloween we added some ketchup for blood.

Another cool thing about Halloween is you get to dress up. It's the only day in the year where you can wear whatever you want and people won't think you're weird. One year I bought these awesome cat eye contacts to go with my costume. They were so sweet.

Halloween.... it is fun to scare people and give out candy... It's great to see happy childern just by giving them some good candy instead of a expencive toy like christmas time. The weather is cool and the trees are beautiful..... carving pumpkins... playing tricks .. can I say more...

Christmas. Because everyone seems to be in a good mood. I get to see my family and eat good food. I love the decorations, the snow, and the music. It's much better when you're a kid, but I can still dig it.

Halloween, no expectations other than to have a good time. Heck your not even obligated to spend that day with your family or buy any presents. Just go party and collect candy, how sweet...pun intended.

Kwanzaa. And I am going to start taking Martin Luther King Day off of work too.

But seriously, December 25th still makes me feel like a kid.
