...a lot doesn't get done because of fear of criticism.. we abandoned those poor little south vietnamese and they were slaughtered.. and despotic, genocidal communism grew.. we didn't keep shocking and aweing in Iraq.. or imprison Saddam's guard (can't think of its name right now) - ya can't assassinate someone like Saddam or Milosovic.. or Castro.. or even hitler, were he operating today.. (how many lives would have been saved had we entered that war much sooner..! Now everyone says war is evil.. well, sure it's evil, but I'm still with Churchill who said all it takes for evil to win is for good folks to do nothing.. I hope the taliban we didn't fire on, don't come back to bite us.. And if we listen to the voices that keep saying conservative america is to blame.. and terrorists are freedom fighters against evil tiny sliver of Israel (in all those massive arab sands, who refused to take in the 10,000 Palestinians after the war, like Israel absorbed the 25,000 expelled Jews from the Arab countires) and how the world says terrorists are but freedom fighters against the U.S., and we allow terrorism to grow and amass.. well...

Without reading your link, I would have to say that blowing up the whole Middle East (sparing Israel) would have solved the world's problems. But it was not in THE PLAN!

Thank God that you have what you have, if you live in freedom. Because the terrorists are going to come 'close' to winning and our lives will be much more changed than you can even comprehend, even almost overnight! We will suffer more than any free country ever dreamed because they HATE us. Especially if the socialist Democratic liberals have any thing to say. They LOVE the Taliban. They LOVE the ACLU (who lives and breathes to take away your freedom!). But, back to thanking God, HE WINS!!! Read John's Revelation !

Yes the US should have fired. These are cruel and despotic people who don't belong in this world. The next one will be better for their tastes.

they should have it would have meant a couple hundred Taliban less to fight, but they still believe they can win the war by political correctness
