I am a large chested female. Why is that guys can't seem to get past this? And for another matter... Why are guys today soooo scared of commitment? Please help me...

To be honest, it is the nature of a male to enjoy looking at breasts. We don't really know why, it's just the way we were born. As for the commitment thing, take a look at the world. Guys fear commitment because of all the failed relationships that exist in these times. Divorce rates are at their highest point in history and some guys just don't want to get in a relationship that they believe will fail. On the other hand the guys you are going out with just might not be ready to settle down yet, try looking in a different pool of men.

because many boys are under the influence of society and media. and them being scared of commitment is partly the females fault because we actually are really in control of the relationship...not completely but a big part of it.
