Read article on yahoo, government against megan's law - if we tattoo all the foreheads of pedophiles at least we will be able to identify some of them. What do you think?

under megans law in the usa if a 19 yo has sex with their 15yo partner they are forever branded as a paedophile....
a lot of work on the topic and policies would need to be done before I would consider agreeing with such a law... ie... dont make normal sexual teenagers into branded convicts forever...

I think you need to consider the social, economic, and political policy arguments. I personally think Megan's law isn't harsh enough...but that is because I was raped as a 4 year old. However, most don't agree with me, and they have their reasons, many of which are somewhat logical arguments.
