I am thinking that 25% of people in the US are atheist so you could be correct with your statement. If 75% have been brainwashed by religion then your statement is true.

However if you are thinking that we are being lead as willing followers of George Bush you are wrong. Over 50% voted Bush out of office but some how he still made it into office. He has more power then the public has. The United States Of America is slowly moving to a dictatorship type of a government. At some point you should see a rebellion which has already started. This could happen soon if there are not changes made very soon in our government.

No, it's a pretty stupid question. You make a vague generality and then don't give any examples of what you mean. What you want is people to agree with you without any explanation of what you mean what so ever.

Now that would be consistent with the theme of your question and people who agree with you probably ARE living in a fantasy world and probably ARE easily lead by others. but then that brings up the question, "what kind of predator are YOU?"

First, it's important to be polite and not jump the the conclusion that USA citizens live in a fantasy world. I partially agree with you, but you question is stupid because:

1) Please write grammatically correct sentences.
2) BIASED!

People are supposed to ask questions on here to find answers, not to word the questions in ways which imply the answer. Yes, this is referred to as rhetorical, as a gentleman above me pointed out.

Now to answer your question, I think everyone lives in a fantasy world. To me, you are living in a fantasy world and were easily led or influenced by SOMEBODY. To you, I probably am too.

We're both right, so have a little humility, please. :)

I don't aim to offend, but I do aim to bluntly state an objective opinion.

It's not just the USA. Education is the key, that helps us make more informed decisions. People move to our country to make money, and have freedom. When they get here, sometimes they are sad because they thought they would be rich. But our country is what the people make it. We have way more freedoms than many countries. We live and worship and speak our minds, with freedom. Many died to keep this great country free. People are always led by others, but if you give them freedom from fear and education, they learn to stand up for what is right and learn to help themselves. In many Arab nations, women are kept uneducated and believe what the men say, that they are stupid and don't deserve to be treated as humans. They don't want their women to talk to American women, because they will learn to stand up for themselves.(bad habits)
They will learn a new way of life, a better way of life.
Do a little studying of other countries and you will find that USA, is really a wonderful place to live.

I don`t think everyone lives in a fanatsy world...Everyone has to have a dream if you want anything out of life. Why are you so demanding! We live in a free country which many foreigners especially the males as they don`t want their wives to learn our methods of free will.....
USA is a freedom country and everybody wants to come here and live. There is plenty education for those that want to be educated and here you can choose and not be made to decide on religion or to be an athetist....Freedom is a great word. I think of Janis Joplin when I heard the word FREEDOM is just another word of saying I love you!!!!

I don't live in any laa laa land so I don't know who you are talking about specifically. There are ignorant, unaware, head in the sand, believe everything they hear or read people around the world, not just in the USA dear. Obviously you have never traveled outside of America. lol

What exactly is your veiled point here? You have some agenda, what is it?

Well, you see, it is easier not to think for yourself and take responsibility for a decision. In order to be a leader, one must have a plan, commitment and guts to deal with those who both share and don't share his/her ideas. A leader must have self discipline, self worth and self confidence. There are not many with the qualifications to lead and not follow.

Many US citizens don't do either. In a free country that will happen.
