I know everyone is different, but for years all I eat is a piece of toast and a bowl of cereal for breafast. Usually around ten o'clock I get a quick snack like some crackers or a candy bar, and I'm good until noon. If I have to I can train my body to not eat much during the day. Just breakfast and a big meal at night. It takes a little time for your body to adjust to a different eating schedule. Hope this helps.

I actually both devour some oatmeal with a drizzle of honey with some orange juice, or a bypass bar and a water even as Im contained in the frenzy. it really is what I in a lot of circumstances devour thats healthful. . . . in case you do not care about eating too healthful, how about making a breakfast burrito? in basic terms scramble some eggs, cook some 1st Baron Beaverbrook and sausage (chop em up), and throw them right into a wrap with some cheese and perhaps some salsa.

Take one egg, a little cinnamon, and beat it up. Slip two pieces of bread through this mixture, and heat a small amount of butter in the skillet. Cook over medium heat until golden brown, and top with syrup, fresh fruit, or jams/jellies. (French toast) =o) Takes about 6 minutes...start to finish. Or, eat the fresh fruit on the side or drink any 100% juice in a glass, or milk. ~~Cut the fruit up the night before to save time.

Eat a combination of protein and carbohydrates. Good combinations would be toast with peanut butter spread on it & a glass of milk. Or, eggs and some kind of breakfast meat like turkey sausage. Eating some protein in the meal will keep you full for longer

Take whatever you had for supper, chop it up and put it into a 2-egg omelet.
Every day will be different.
Or, cook up a couple of eggs (break the yolks) and put them on toast for a yummy sandwich. Don't forget the butter.

Take a breakkfast with less sugar like omelet. Sugar can boost your insulin level and when it swings down, you will feel hungry even if you are not.

This is the concept of the low carb diet...avoid sugar.
