I would say a shower because your standing up and getting rid of the dirt. If you are a woman watch out for those baths because you can get a urinary tract infection. It happened to me trust me. A bath is relaxing but don't do it too often.

A shower is healthier because as you bathe the nastiness rinses off, verses a bath where you are sitting in the nastiness. But I do love to take a good hot soak after I have taken a good shower.

I would think a bath was healthier because you can immerse your entire body in the water. With a shower you might miss a part that needs scrubbed.

For a female, a shower is healthier. Taking a bath (specially warm & with scented bubbles or salts) highten the risk of developing UTI (urinary track infections) and yeast infections; among many others.

Shower, definitely.
For females, a bath could prove detrimental to health as one may risk an infection, though relaxing but best to stick to showers, lol=P

i love taking baths, but then i discovered how nasty it really is, all that dead skin and old soap that u use and all the tub scum and stuff, but if u must take a bath to relax or what not, i usually take the bath and then take a shower after that assuming that i have enough hot water left lol

in a bath, everything is floating around you... dead skin, hair, anything that was on your body. with a shower, you rinse all of that off.

if i take a bath i make sure to take a VERY good shower afterwards. i don't want any dirty water entering any special places.

a shower, you're washing the grime of your day off and down the drain, in a bath you're sitting in a puddle of your own filth (yuck!) so unless you're rinsing off in the shower afterwards it's pointless. plus thats a mjor waste of water and we all should be trying to conserve this precious resource.

shower b/c you're basically sitting in the same water that the soil from your body was rinsed in when it comes to a bath.
