If a program doesnt respond. Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE then click on task manager. It aids in clsoing non-responsive programs

you mustve ran too many processes at one time. Like if you click open alot of things and try to force your computer to its max. Hope this helps prevent future non-responding issues

It often means it's doing a job that it can't handle, or it's trying hard to work / open / save large files.
Maybe it's a lack of computer physichal memory (they're not expensive to buy)

Maybe there's other programs slowing your PC down, try closing them?

OR, you can try this program called PCSpeeder, which apparently calms your CPU by 50% I have it.. but I have a fast computer so I don't notice anything lol < http://www.download.com/PCSpeeder/3000-2094_4-10577587.html @ CNet / download.com>

That's all I can think of :)

It means that your computer is not powerful enough. You either have not enough processor speed or not enough RAM or both. Or too many other programs running at the same time or you have Trojans or Worms or Adware/Spyware tying up all your processor time.

You tell us! How are we supposed to know what you are talking about while you're mumbling with that food in your mouth! Need more detail. Anyway, the best fix for lots of issues is to REBOOT!
