A warm bath is helpful. Be sure the water is not too hot as hot water tends to stimulate.

A warm cup of tea works wonders. There are many varieties of flavored tea on the market today. Try to choose one that is decaffeinated. For instance, Chamomile tea has no caffeine and it has a relaxing effect. Breathing exercises are great for relieving stress.
Breath in a deep breath. Hold it and count to ten. Let out the air and as you do visualize the air as being all the pent up stress.

Meditation is another helpful tool. Find a comfortable place to sit. And be as quite as possible and there should be no distractions. Clear your mind. While you're meditating its nice to listen to some relaxing music such as Classical or New Age. Try to do this for at least fifteen minutes a day.

Try to exercise when you're feeling nervous and stressed out. Taking a walk is wonderful for stress. The fresh air and open spaces gives you a better mood and makes everything look so much better.

Chocolate.!! Eat lots of chocolate it helps!!

Okay here it is, this is my routine for when I'm stressed out. I go for a walk - nothing dramatic, just 2-3miles at a steady pace. Most people walk a 20min mile. So I would walk for 40-60mins.

Next, take a nice long soak in a hot lavendar bubble bath. Have a Cosmopolitan and finish it up with an orgasm or two... or three. Not trying to be dirty or disgusting but this routine makes me sleep like a baby.

Good luck!

Exercise, good healthy meals with fruit, veggies, small amounts of meat or just fish.
Exercise and walk if you can or have a safe place to walk/run.
Do things you put off and like, and meet people whom you like. Make changes in your life, such as new shopin places, new friends, a new book to read, or call relatives you haven't reached in some time.
Basically good food, exercise, and staying busy with plenty of rest is the best medicine for stress.
Just before bed take a long hot bath, and read a book(after exerciseing lightly) just befiore bed. after you getin bed , breathe out abut 20 times, this relaxes your breathing tubes and sends oxigen to your brain relaxing it.

Try reading a good book . You could also listen to some soothing music while taking a nice leisurely bath. It always makes me relax. Then watch a little tv.and before you know it you will be fast asleep. Good nite and sweet dreams. God Bless.

For some, meditation works wonders, for others watching their favorite movie while eating some comfort food helps them, others recommend getting a good massage.

Some might suggest that sex is the answer, but I can't say that for most women I know that works as well as any of the above.
