go to the link, right click and "copy".
go to the place in the text you want it, right click, choose "paste".

If you are emailing go to favorites and links. If you are in a document go to Insert. It really depends on what medium you are using and what the purpose is. Graphics can be downloaded and saved to desktop too.

It depends if you are writing an E-mail in Yahoo, enable "HTML" mode and click on the hyperlink icon (looks like a chain) and enter your link. Many forums are similar now where you click on "hyperlink" and enter your link and it converts it to a clickable hyperlink.
