I would say that you need to nap when the baby naps, if you arent tired lay down anyway. get as much sleep as you can, and keep taking your vitamins.

You should tell your doctor abotu your symptoms.
It is quite common for many women to suffer from post partum depression after a pregnancy. I think doctors can prescribe something that corrects the hormonal imbalance. Take care.

Before I had my daughter I had so much energy to but shes almost four now and I still dont have that much energy.
