Harding? Grant ? Tyler ? Polk ? Jackson ? Buchanan, Pierce, there are so many of them? Mckinley ? Filmore ?
This is a tough question... besides Bush.

Hehe, Bush got into Yale so he must be really bright... He got a degree from Harvard (did he really?) so we may even consider him a genius. He failed every business he undertook, he should be given a Nobel! And ah yeah, he protected Texas skies from commies even when he was AWOL, so he is a hero on top. Anyone who tries to prove that Bush is smart, especially by such funny credentials, is only proving something about his/her own intelligence. And ah yes, the stupidest president... who knows... Harrison is really a good candidate.

I think the all-time stupidest has got to be William Henry Harrison, who didn't have the sense to dress warm for a bitterly cold Inauguration Day even though he knew he was going to deliver a relatively long inaugural address; he died of the ensuing illness (or of his stupidity, if one wishes to trace its origins). Granted, W might yet drown staring upwards some rainy day, but his ignorance has limited itself to killing others, not him, thus far.

How many MBA's does Harvard give out to stupid people? Do you have one? Jimmy Carter, the good old peanut farmer, easily wins this one. He couldn't do a stinking thing about the hostages in Iran, but BOTCH rescue operations. As soon as Reagan won the election the SOB's knew their little game was up and they had to let them go!

You better ask if there ever is an intelligent president because presidents are usually chosen stupid and mad so that the corporations would be able to manipulate them to their own agenda and interests
