ceo always ask "So, what's new today?" whenever we meet, expecting a clever answer. What would be best answer to capture attention instead of "nothing much, how's your day?"

Bone up on your current events - especially if they impact your business. This will do two things for you. One you will learn something that could help you in your job and two you will impress the boss with your knowledge of the world and it's impact on work. I would also throw in some general trivial information a couple of days a week for added humor so you don't appear to be a brown noser.

Since it seems to bother you when you are asked the questions first you can plan all you want and you will forget how you were going to answer this person, this is a person none the less he has to put his pants on one leg at a time just as you do and if he is making you that nervous then just beat him to the punch and ask him first so that you have the lead question and let me give the frist answer. once you start talking to this person more you will be more comfortable when you see him and maybe relax alittle instead of being so up tight ,you can tell when some feels that they have a fear that you are going to speak to them and they are afriad you will want an answer. you need to feel more possitive about your self and learn to believe in you and not worry so much about what someone else is thinking about you

I would say "I'm planning a nice vacation next year. Where do you recommend?"

Your CEO may have had a pleasant experience somewhere and this'll bring back fond memories. Wherever he says, thank him then research it. Talk about it again in the near future. Management likes to notice people who know how to plan for different things down the road, and can research as well. Not everyone can do that. Who knows? Maybe a promotion is soon to be yours. Just keep a positive attitude in everything you do.

Sorry you probably did not get any solid solutions, I neglected it so enable me try now. First, enable me tackle one challenge. i don't understand person-friendly a thank you to declare that solid/undesirable come from god. in case you admit that one and all cultures have some spirituality, yet as a christian sense that one and all of those gods are fake, then the place did morality come from in those cultures? Oops, greater later... ok, as for survival of the fittest and living by ability of gut intuition: The greater training an animal demands to understand that is environment, the less that is going to use gut intuition based on stimuli. maximum predators and primates ought to learn from their mom and dad and social group. maximum prey animials understand rather plenty all they ought to understand while they're born. So human beings of course use their brains (good judgment or despite) a strategies mroe than the different animals. Being a social animal, we developed to understand others interior the group b/c disharmony became not benefical to survival. Animals that are greater solitary do not behave like we do, they don't see value in being component to a set. If primates desperate to take despite they needed and/or kill whoever they needed at any time, communities merely does not be attainable. So we've a mix of altruism and selfishness that's not appropriate, yet we get by ability of. I agree that if there is honestly not something greater advantageous than the guy, they might prbably have no integrity. if there are not any outcomes to rape/ stealing/ homicide, they might have at it. yet there is something greater advantageous than the indivudual, that's the group.

Avoid religion, politics and any current events that people feel strongly about (immigration reform, war, etc). I used to get a lot of mileage out of telling my bosses the latest stupid things my dogs did, or how my neighbor's toddler was learning to talk and loved to yell "naked!!" at the top of his lungs. Something amusing but mostly fluff.
