Why does this biologically happen? Am i an abnormality??!

No you are not abnormal. When couples go through IVF and fertility clinics they are told not to masturbate etc. for several weeks to build up their sperm count to its fullest potential to give nature a helping hand. so whether you are masturbating or having sex etc. the longer you leave it the more concentrated it gets

Its because the sperm keeps on filling up in your testis. Your testis are like a dam. the more you will drain less will be its outcome when you really need it (intercourse i mean). so i would recommend avoiding masturbation as far as possible to hav ea satisfying sex with your partner. and yes you are not abnormal.

No u are not abnormal. Is is said the more u hold off masturbation, d more storage of sperm u have so even when u do masturbate and ejaculate, yur orgasm will be stronger and yur *** load will be plentiful, may look impressive also i might add.
