A Dr. will tell you that if you are going to miscarry, then let it happen. At this point there is nothing they can do to save the baby.
If you are miscarrying then it is owing to something being desperately and irreversably wrong with the conception. Unfortunately all you can do is wait.
If you start having period like symptoms, bleeding and cramping then yes, go see your Dr. They will have to check and make sure your body has rid itself of everything.
Otherwise, just sit back and relax. Your baby might be just fine and your body is just adjusting to all the work it is doing and still has to do.

I had period like cramps until I was about 10 weeks and so did a friend of mine. I was nervous also since I had miscarried before but all went well. I think the key is that you are not bleeding. You should be fine.

unless you are bleeding, NOTHING to worry about. I'm 17 weeks and from week 6 to 11 I had the worst cramps, they felt like period cramps and i was running to the bathroom every 5 minutes. They were almost constant and pretty strong. My doctor said unless you're bleeding or doubling over in pain and can't move, it's just you're uterus stretching especially in the first pregnancy. even a little light spotting, which you should get checked out asap, COULD be normal, but any bleeding at all get to the hospital. Just cramps. don't sweat it. you're body is adjusting for the baby. you're going to feel the change.

I have had a couple of miscarriages, don't worry because that would bring stress. Just go to your primary physician and tell him/her about the cramps and that you have miscarried before. They may order an ultrasound to make sure your baby is okay.

Slight cramps are normal. Since you miscarried before you should get in ASAP to your OB for prenatal care and testing.

It's normal to feel some slight cramping during the first trimester.
Just keep tabs on them, they will subside soon...but if at anytime they become so severe that you can't go about your daily routine, then you need to call your OB.
Congratulations and Good Luck!!

Sit your butt down and relax. Worry will make them seem worse,. Put your feet up, and read a book. Get your mind off of it. If you are not cramping steadily, and aren't bleeding, then hopefully those are good signs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
