i love my child father but when it comes to responsiblitys he is not good at it,he does not put me and our daughter first,he waste is money and when he his in a jam he want me to help hi,i had him on child support and i am wondering if i should take him off,my mom and friends say no but i dont want him to get in any troble for not paying child support,he owe me money for thing i buy for him and he has not pay for as yet but he send money to is ex girlfriend saying he is helping her out because she use to help him,i am wondering if i need to get out of this relationship,because at this point i feel like he is useing me

I think you are too nice. It is his reponsibility to help support his child. It shouldn't be only you. I don't know what rules are in your state but in Texas he can not get out of paying child support the only way is if he marries you. You can actually waive the arrears but that is money you will never see again I actually played this game with my kids dad and believe me he always said there was some reason why he couldn't pay child support.I just stopped listening. Don't fall for it. It is money for your child if you don't want it set up an account for your daughter. and save it. Like I said if you give him a break with this it will only lead to more excuses on why he can't pay.He sounds like a deadbeat dad.

From what you have said, it seems that way. If he doesn't have a child with his ex, his child should be first priority. If he has money to help his ex, he has money to help his child. If nothing is going to change, i would get out and make him pay child support. The child is his responsibility too.

It appears he is using you and does not care about being a dad to his daughter, why are you allowing this person to walk all over you and take advantage of your love. it appears he makes you feel guilty and takes your money and give it to his ex girl friend, "what is that about!!" , no make him pay child support if he choosing to be a dead beat dad. you will fine better in time

He is using you. Get out and get your support. And make your daughter #1 in your life. If he wants to stay out of trouble he will pay the support. And if he was any kind of good man he would help raise his daughter.

It does seem that he is using you. You need to have him pay child support, he is also responsible for making the child. I think you deserve someone better.

I THINK he is using you, but that is only my opinion. The thing you have to do is follow your heart. But the best thing for you and daughter is for you to find a good paying job to be able to support yourself and daughter.Good Luck...
