11 + 2 = 13
10 + 3 = 13
9 + 4 = 13
8 + 5 = 13
7 + 6 = 13
14 - 1 = 13
15 - 2 = 13
16 - 3 = 13
17 - 4 = 13
18 - 5 = 13
19 - 6 = 13
1 * 13 = 13
26/2 = 13
39/3 = 13
sqrt 169 = 13

There are an infinite number of combinations.
including the cube root of (2210-13) = 13
1234567 - 1234554 = 13
4! - 11 = 13

1. Addition Form (same as Subtraction)

a + b = 13

For example,

12 + 1 = 13

14 + (-1) = 13

27 - 14 = 13

2. Multiplication Form (same as Division)

a x b = 13

For example,

1 x 13 = 13

1/2 x 26 = 13

3. Power form (same as roots)

a^b = 13

13^1 = 13

169^(1/2) = 13

4. Factor form (expansion of multiplication form)

(a - b)(c - d) = 13

For example,

(14 - 13)(15 - 2) = 13

5. Summation form

a + b + c + .... = 13

For example,

1 + 3 + 4 + 5 = 13

As you can see there are infinite ways to get 13.

But one easy way is to deal a pack of playing cards to 4 players.
