talk to him and let him know how u feel. if he doesn't' t do anything about it talk it out of your name. and pay it. have it shut off. and he will get the message. or y could move some where else. someone who will have respect for u. i think that is totally rude of him what he is doing.everything should be split into half. don't ever put anything in your name. that's how u get taken avantage of. i learn that the hard way. good luck.
