we are both on the lease, we have only been there 2 months, he lives there with his 2 girls, who treat me with the most disrespect you could ever imagine, pg&e is in my name only. i come home and his teenage girls (who dont go to school) have the air cranked to 60, he hasn't paid a penny towards the deposit or bill

talk to him and let him know how u feel. if he doesn't' t do anything about it talk it out of your name. and pay it. have it shut off. and he will get the message. or y could move some where else. someone who will have respect for u. i think that is totally rude of him what he is doing.everything should be split into half. don't ever put anything in your name. that's how u get taken avantage of. i learn that the hard way. good luck.
