No, 50 is not going to kick in your door to get your files. Even, though the supreme court has recently (within the past 45 days) authorized police in using a no knock entry. (prior to this ruling they had to knock then wait 60 second before kicking in the door in order to serve a warrant or the evidence was not admissible)

PROVIDED THOUGH, that your files do not contain any conspiracies plans to violate the law. Even in that case, you would, MOST PROBABLY, need to be an organizer of said event. And the police can not enter your dwelling to remove your files, without a warrant issued by the court.

P.S. I just went to the PETA TV page. I had to turn it off. The treatment of monkeys in medicine testing appalled me. Regardless of the testing, the basic handling of them was anything but compassionate. It was mean spirited by the handlers. Routinely, hitting them in the head as part of the handling separate from the testing itself.

Okay-if by PETA, you mean People for The Ethical Treatment of Animals-then I have no idea-I'm sure they have legal rights to certain files...which ones they would be, I have no idea. But I doubt they would come to kick you door down-THEY ARE TOO BUSY PROTECTING ANIMALS!!!

Why would you want to pick a fight with PETA to sue the people??

I'm clueless...but please leave PETA out of it-we're trying to do good work to protect all the helpless critters out there!!!
